API KHQR (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) operates at https://www.khqrapi.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

• Payment & usage data: subscription history, API usage, KHQR transaction records, and API key metadata.
• Security data: login IP, device/session information, and optional two-factor authentication settings.
• Optional integrations: Telegram chat ID if you connect the bot for notifications.

• To provide KHQR generation, payment status checks, and API services.
• To manage your account, billing, and customer support.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform (e.g. hosting, email) and with Bakong/NBC infrastructure as needed to process KHQR payments you initiate. We may disclose information if required by law.

By creating an account or using API KHQR at https://www.khqrapi.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

API KHQR provides tools and APIs to generate Bakong KHQR codes, check payment status, and manage developer accounts. Payment settlement is processed through the Bakong/NBC network. We are not Bakong or NBC; we integrate with their services.

2. Bakong / third-party outages (no refund)

If the Bakong payment network, NBC infrastructure, or related third-party services experience problems, downtime, maintenance, or permanently stop providing service, API KHQR is not responsible for failed or delayed payments and subscription fees are not refundable for that reason. Your QR codes and payment flows depend on external systems outside our control.

3. Refunds when API KHQR fails

If https://www.khqrapi.com itself stops operating, suffers a prolonged outage caused by us, or cannot deliver the paid Service you subscribed to, you may submit a refund request. Approved refunds are processed after review. Refunds are not automatic; you must contact support with your account and payment details. Partial-month or pro-rata refunds are at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use & account closure

You must use the Service lawfully and in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, abuse of the API, circumventing rate limits, sharing accounts or API keys publicly, harassment, or any activity that harms other users or the platform.

We may suspend or permanently close your account without refund if you violate these Terms or our policies. Admin decisions regarding abuse or policy violations are final.

5. Account security — your responsibility

You are solely responsible for securing your account. This includes:

• Using a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available.
• Protecting API keys and never exposing them in client-side code or public repositories.
• Reviewing active sessions and revoking unknown devices.
• Connecting Telegram only to trusted accounts and verifying OTP codes before sensitive changes.

Follow all security steps we provide in the dashboard and profile settings. You accept full responsibility for activity under your account, including unauthorized use resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Fees are for access to API KHQR features, not for Bakong network availability. Failed payments or chargebacks may result in account downgrade or suspension.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits from Bakong outages or payment delays.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be announced on the website or by email.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
